Nickel plating
This galvanisation process has a functional and aesthetic purpose: it allows the application of a layer of nickel that has the purpose of improving the surface of the objects, making them shinier and ideal for hardware used for decorations, ornaments and bijoux.
Chrome plating
Chrome plating allows to significantly increase the resistance to corrosion of metal objects and, at the same time, to increase their adhesion. Chrome plating makes objects rustproof and allows to apply a protection against scratches and bumps. The surface of objects, through chrome plating, is made bright and shiny.
Polishing
Polishing is a chemical and electrolytic process performed on brass and stainless steel products. The main purpose of this finish is to make the metal more shiny.
Burnishing
The surface treatment of burnishing, carried out chemically by immersing metals in special solutions, allows the surface of the treated product to be blackened, modifying its aesthetics and giving it a brown colour. The processing cycle ends with the passage of the products in specific vibrators.
Black nickel finish
The black nickel finish is done through a process similar to burnishing: the products are immersed in specific chemical solutions and are then passed through special vibrators with the aim of darkening the surface, which will result in a black colour.
Special finishes
Our finishes are multiple and aligned to the customer’s needs. Upon request, we can apply copper, gold, palladium and silver finishes, to modify the colour and composition of metals, especially when used in the fashion, design and costume jewellery industry.
